One random example of God's love

YO Xanga peeps,

            It's been one exact year since i was on this thing, i dont know if anybody is still using xanga while facebook is blowing up and myspace is being myspace. I took some time to read my old entry and i was amazed on how far i have come and how much i've grown since the summer of last year. I used to just talk about God alot on my entry and showing little actions, But now i felt i have became more involved. Camp this year was somewhat different than i have expected. Knowing that we're going back to Citivision, i expect this year to fill with sunshine, crazy time at the pool, everyone's gonna be spiritually high like the last times i visited the place. Some things turned out that way while anothers didnt. There wasnt much sun this year unlike how camp always is, and worship wasnt as crazy as last year and much more. Although my vision of camp wasnt matched, i learned alot new things this year that i normally wouldnt have picked up. Such as stumbling blocks are stepping stones, taking your faith to a new level, nothing is impossible for God , making an impact. It's been 2 weeks since camp and i'm starting to realize maybe God didnt let things go my way so i can better focus on myself and my relationship with Christ, i have a good feeling that it's gonna turn out as a blessing at the end as always.

GO!GO!GO!

  So i finally moved in to my new home at Stockton College on Tues, everything seems promising so far but i saw a lot that i didnt like such as the amount of smokers and all the bad influence and it scares me to see how easy i can just dive right into all those things. I'm praying that i'll keep my faith strong and the phase "Nothing can match what God has to offer." has been keeping me spiritually alive on campus. There's a few times i wondered "how in the world am i gonna survive?" But God rescued me once again from being too far gone, 2 days ago there was an information fair on campus and me and my boy marc went to it picked up a bunch of free stuff and getting to know the clubs at school. At the corner was a stand serving nachos of course we gotta hit it up. Turn out it was the "Stockton Christian Fellowship" and the familiar presence of fellow christians surrounds me again. One brother handed me a card on which it states the service time and worship hours. I was like "YES!YES!YES!" on the inside. God has not forgot about me. Now i'm looking forward to the Tuesday meeting and my college future seems bright again. I'll continue to stay strong with God's help and i shall try my hardest to honor the commitment i made from the day i accepted Him into my life.
